Return & Refund Policy
All orders can be returned up to 14 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping, tax and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with order details.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. There will be an additional 35 SAR deduction from the refund, for return shipping label.
Please note that depending upon your card issuer, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be reflected on your card statement.
Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
We don’t accept return for
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Lingerie, jewelry, disposable items
- Toiletries, perfumes, makeup and cosmetics.
